GENERAL INFORMATION
Conference objectivesThe conference is devoted to issues of decision support in applications to telecommunications and computer networks in time of informational revolution. This will be the ninth conference on this subject of growing importance, with a tradition starting at the year 2000.New computerized decision support tools are used today widely in telecommunication sector development and in support of competition in this sector. Such tools might help in planning network development, in assessing financial and economic standing, in network design and management, in corporate management including strategic decisions and negotiations of interconnection agreements, in the development of Future Internet, etc. The aim of this conference is to bring together international experts and researchers working in decision support and related fields, in order to present diverse methods and tools of decision analysis and support as well as knowledge engineering, which are applied in telecommunications industry and generally in information society. Contributions are invited in the following areas:

The conference will be held in the National Institute of Telecommunications in Warsaw, situated about 20 km from the centre of the city.
