The Supply Chain Management (SCM) Doctoral Colloquium is intended to be a forum in which PhD students can meet and discuss their research work with their peers and a panel of experienced SCM researchers and practitioners. The colloquium precedes the Fifth International Symposium on Supply Chain Management which is to be held at the same place on October 17-19, 2007.
Students from a broad range of disciplines, including supply chain management, operations management, management science, operations research, industrial engineering and information systems, are invited to to attend the colloquium. Ideally students would also present at the symposium, but this not necessary. The program will be designed to be most beneficial for PhD students who already have a clear idea about their dissertation research program.
